How do I open an account?
Click here to download the "New Account Application" form. Once completed mail, email or fax it to us. One of our account representatives will promptly process your request and contact you regarding your account and its terms and conditions.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes. For your convenience and ours, we do require a minimum order amount of $150.00. If for some reason your needs do not meet this requirement your account representative will contact you in order to discuss further options.
*Please Note: Orders totaling $3500.00 or more will receive FREE shipping along the west coast (WA, OR, CA).
What happens once I place my order online?
Once your order has been placed, your wholesale account representative will review it and contact you with a quote based on the individual terms and conditions of your account.
How come there are no prices listed?
Prices are not listed because, due to individual customer's requirements, actual terms and conditions vary between accounts. Updated individual price guides will be published and distributed quarterly for your convenience. Your wholesale account representative will be able to answer any questions and concerns you may have regarding pricing.
What's the story with shipping?
Shipping times and freight charges vary based on the size and amount of products ordered. Your shipping quote will be automatically included with your purchase quote. *Please note that all orders totaling $3500.00 or more will receive FREE shipping along the west coast (WA, OR, CA).
What if I didn't receive all of the items that I ordered?
